Alright so I'm on the verge of a major break down! I have tried and tried for the last 4 months (since Christmas,) to sit down and really try to crochet something. To make my own pattern. But every time I do, my pattern goes crazy and I get discouraged! I need help!

i hear you. I have a baby blanket started and cannot even motivate myself to finish it.. i think we go through phases with our crocheting. Sometimes I think, will I ever crochet again? The best thing I can think of is to make something for someone. Why not try one of those pretty summer purses or tops for one of your sisters?
